Blacksmith Warrior

My first attempt at making a game ready model.
It's ~40k polygons or ~80k tris without hammer or ~43k polys or ~85k tris with hammer.
It's mostly quads with just a fraction of triangles where I needed them. I was very meticulous about making it ALL quads until I faced a wall in some rare cases.
Sculpted mostly in Zbrush, and hair done in Nomad Sculpt on iPad.
Retopology done in TopoGun. Really nice experience comparing to blender retopology process. After finish it I now see that there could be more optimisation done on the low poly, so I just keep it mind for the next model.
UV's done in RizomUV. Also it's so much better and easier than in doing it blender despite all the great addons for UV's in blender.
Textures done in Substance Painter. Rigging, skinning and animation done in blender. And the final renders done in Marmoset Toolbag.
I never tried 3D animation so it's pretty stiff but it looks kind of fun anyway so I'm pleased with the result.
I learned a TON of new stuff and it was very interesting and fun despite being pretty frustrating and tough sometimes.
